Attention is not a product. Our timeline is not designed to trap users, but to inform them. Content is ordered by importance, not by what keeps you scrolling.

We are not here to make money.

Wrld.org is run by a nonprofit organization. Funding exists only to keep the service running, not to exploit users, data, or emotions.

Democracy is worth defending.

Today social networks amplify outrage, misinformation, and division at an unprecedented scale. We believe this weakens democratic societies. Wrld.org aims to do the opposite.

Freedom of speech has meaning and limits.

We stand for free expression within the framework of the law. Content is moderated according to European Union legislation.

When reporting accounts, please make sure to include at least a few posts that show rule-breaking behaviour, when applicable. If there is any additional context that might help make a decision, please also include it in the comment. This is especially important when the content is in a language nobody on the moderation team speaks.
