🌸Happy International Women’s Day🌸 As an academic and author working in two male-dominated fields, I’m constantly aware of the reality of misogyny, but it drives me to succeed and continue fighting for a fairer world. I’m thinking today of all the brilliant women in my life — friends, colleagues, mentors, and family members — and the sense of community I feel among other women, including so many of you. I’m also thinking of all the trans women who may experience prejudice today. In my corner of the internet, you will always be celebrated and accepted.
