Horrified that Rep. Ilhan Omar was attacked at a town hall meeting this evening. She is a strong, courageous and principled public servant. We stand with Ilhan and her family during this terrifying time. Political violence of any kind is never acceptable. The perpetrator must be criminally prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
