Very strong night for the President. Affable, funny, several moving moments, mostly stuck to script, touting an incredible list of accomplishments. “These ppl are crazy!” - most memorable line of the night, well earned by the Dems refusing to stand for the most sympathetic Americans being honored among them. -

For those saying this is criminalizing journalism, journalists don’t get a pass when breaking the law just bc they have a mic. If I accompanied ppl storming an abortion clinic harassing/scaring/“traumatizing” the crying women while saying “But I’m a reporter!” I would absolutely have been charged under any Dem admin. -
